Summary of the Role

The Intermediary and RIA Channel Marketing Manager will develop and execute marketing strategies to drive engagement with the retail advisor audience and help broaden and deepen intermediary and RIA relationships. The role will focus on aligning distribution team focus, advisor needs, and business priorities to the development and delivery of strategic marketing content, initiatives, and resources.  The role will also work closely with internal partners to drive sales enablement resources, and assure exceptional advisor experience – and is critical to driving net new flows and strengthening our brand presence across key distribution channels

This position will report to the SVP Head of Channel Marketing.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Design and execute integrated marketing programs tailored to intermediary and RIA distribution channels, aligned with sales priorities and product initiatives – and track results / KPIs
  • Develop segmented campaigns targeting advisors at different stages of the relationship lifecycle — from awareness through deepening and advocacy
  • Partner with wholesalers and distribution leadership to build territory-level marketing support plans
  • Take an active role in building and enhancing the RIA channel marketing function, serving as a channel/ audience expert, and identifying resources to leverage with other channels, including institutional and wealth management.
  • Partners with distribution, portfolio specialists, and national accounts teams to provide and leverage effective business development tools and resources, and to execute on key events.
  • Drives the development of customized marketing content, resources and communications to each specific audience.
  • Oversee digital marketing touchpoints including advisor portal content, email nurture programs, webinars, and LinkedIn campaigns targeting financial professionals
  • Plan and execute advisor-facing events including roadshows, practice management seminars, and conference sponsorships
  • Other related duties as assigned by senior management
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Marketing, Finance or Communications.
  • 5+ years of channel or cross-channel marketing leadership experience in financial services and/or asset management
  • Deep understanding of Intermediary and RIA channels and audience, plus alternative asset management and related distribution channels
  • Demonstrated understanding of marketing strategy, planning and execution across marketing media.
  • Experience with industry and proprietary events planning and execution, particularly those related to RIAs audiences.
  • Experience with digital campaigns and strategy.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship management skills, and attention to detail.
  • Competent understanding of financial services, asset management, product, client management and sales processes
  • Data and digital-first minded, value and utilize both quantitative and qualitative information to make decisions and prioritize
  • Proven ability to partner, collaborate and work within a team
Compensation Disclosure

The compensation for this role takes into account various factors, including work location, individual skill set, relevant experience, and other business needs. The estimated base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $160,000 annually. Additionally, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.

Please note that this is the current estimate of the base salary range intended for this role at the time of posting. The base salary range may be adjusted in the future.
