Your Pay
The salary range for this position is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, and the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
Short-Term Variable Compensation Plan (select if STV): Your pay also includes the opportunity for an annual bonus. Actual bonus payouts are based on performance of the business against the unit's objectives, individual performance, and the individual bonus target. Certain eligibility and pro-ration rules apply.

The ideal candidate is creative, relationship-focused, and a strong communicator who can move fluidly between strategic planning and hands-on execution.
What you will do:
- Create, align and customize partner-facing tools and materials -such as co-branded assets, newsletters, webinars, and training content-in partnership with the Product, Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Customer Success teams
- Plan and execute partner events, webinars and quarterly reward programs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the internal partner sales, marketing and leadership teams to drive continuous awareness and engagement
- Define, track, and report key metrics to measure program effectiveness, partner satisfaction, and business impact; use data to iterate and optimize programs Mission-driven mindset with a commitment to the company's success
- A balanced strategic and executional approach: ability to develop plans and execute in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Strong listening and stakeholder-management skills; proactively solicits input to create clear, organized plans
- Exceptional attention to detail and capable of managing multiple priorities, tasks, and deliverables on time and within budget
The skills you bring:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Two (2+) years of partner marketing experience in solutions-based B2B companies
- Project management skills with proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Ability to define and measure KPIs and program ROI in line with business objectives
- Strong presentation and written communication skills
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on real-time performance optimization
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, Adobe Creative Cloud (Acrobat, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and Asana
- Experience with partner portals
