monday.com is looking for its first CRM Channel Partner Manager to join the team in North America. This person will be responsible for sourcing, activating, and supporting partners with expertise in the CRM space. 

The objective? To drive monday CRM revenue with partners - this is a quota carrying role. That said, we think of our channel partner managers as full-stack consultants who help our partners grow their business with monday.com.


About The Role:

  • You’re the boss of your book: ​​Take responsibility for the strategy and execution of building out the first CRM-focused book in NAM. 
  • Identify and recruit potential partners. 
  • Track, report, and optimize partner performance across their sales, marketing, and consulting functions.
  • Help partners develop & execute outbound strategies that generate new leads with verticalized solutions & other unique offerings.
  • Work cross-functionally with the monday.com sales and CS organizations to accelerate deals by filling potential knowledge, product, and service gaps with partner offerings.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience in partner management - must have been in a quota-carrying role 
  • Experience in working directly or indirectly with Channel Partners/ VARs / SIs/ GSIs - experience working with CRM partners is a big plus! 
  • Experience in a global work environment.
  • Track record of taking projects from A to Z - we really value and recognize our self-starters.
  • Strong relationship-builder and initiator approach.
  • You move fast. You fail fast. You get back up and keep going.
  • You are not scared of negotiation. Whether it be negotiating a SaaS subscription alongside a partner or the balance of our company and partners' needs, you can tactfully negotiate.

Please note that this role is on a hybrid model of 3x per week in our NYC office.

For New York City-based hires only: Compensation Range: $130,000-$165,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Company’s plans and in accordance with Company’s policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.
