Kyriba is seeking a strategic and results-driven Channel Partner Marketing Manager to accelerate growth through our partner ecosystem. This role will be instrumental in developing and executing marketing strategies for both our reseller channel partners and ISV (Independent Software Vendor) partners, including strategic technology alliances with industry leaders such as Workday.
Our reseller channel represents a strategic lever for growth, and our ISV partnerships are pivotal to our go-to-market success. The ideal candidate will forge strong relationships with partner marketing teams, create compelling co-marketing programs, and drive pipeline generation through our partner ecosystem.
Key ResponsibilitiesPartner Program Development & ExecutionDevelop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies with reseller and ISV partners
Utilizing the Partner Program framework and tiering criteria; build joint marketing plans with partners, from messaging and positioning to pipeline generation and revenue acceleration
Create scalable partner marketing programs and toolkits that can be leveraged across the global partner ISV/Reseller ecosystem
Design and implement integrated campaigns, including product launches, webinar series, industry events, and content marketing initiatives
Act as the primary marketing liaison for assigned strategic partners, building trusted relationships with partner marketing counterparts
Collaborate closely with partner sales teams to align marketing activities with business objectives
Work with major technology partners (Workday, ServiceNow, and others) to develop joint value propositions and co-marketing opportunities
Enable partners with marketing resources, messaging frameworks, and campaign assets
Develop co-branded marketing materials, case studies, solution briefs, and sales enablement content
Coordinate joint webinars, events, and digital campaigns with partners
Collect and package partner success stories, use cases, and customer testimonials
Create partner-specific content that highlights integrated solutions and joint value propositions
Establish KPIs and success metrics for partner marketing initiatives
Track and report on campaign performance, lead generation, and pipeline contribution
Analyze ROI of partner marketing investments and optimize programs based on data insights
Provide regular updates to leadership on partner marketing performance and opportunities
Partner with internal teams including Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Sales, and Channel Sales
Align partner marketing activities with broader company marketing strategies and campaigns
Coordinate with Communications and PR teams on partner announcements and thought leadership
5-7 years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 years focused on partner or channel marketing
Proven track record of developing and executing successful co-marketing programs with reseller and/or ISV partners
Experience marketing enterprise software, SaaS solutions, or financial technology preferred
Demonstrated success working with technology ecosystem partners (cloud platforms, enterprise software vendors, system integrators)
Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop partner marketing strategies that align with business objectives and drive measurable results
Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with external partner organizations
Project Management: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple partner initiatives simultaneously
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to craft compelling messaging and presentations
Analytical Mindset: Data-driven approach to measuring campaign effectiveness and ROI
Cross-functional Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively across multiple internal teams and external organizations
Self-Starter: Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
Understanding of B2B marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot)
Knowledge of enterprise technology ecosystems and partnership models
Experience with digital marketing channels, including email, social media, and content syndication
Experience working with financial technology or treasury management solutions
Previous experience marketing solutions that integrate with Workday, ServiceNow, or similar enterprise platforms
Background in channel enablement and partner training programs
Experience with partner portals and marketing development funds (MDF) management
Track record of innovation in partner marketing approaches and tactics

At Kyriba we value pay transparency and fairness.
For new hires, the annual base salary range for this role is: $123,700.00 - $156,550.00 annual salary based on a full-time schedule. Salary can progress beyond this range through sustained performance and demonstrated success in the role. In addition to base pay, this position may be eligible for variable compensation (eg. performance bonus or commission-based plan) and/or a long-term incentive. The final package will be determined by factors such as skills, experience and qualifications.
