About Outtake

Outtake exists to empower and facilitate trust for a digital-first world. Today, impersonation, fraud, AI-driven scams, and identity abuse spread faster than any security team can respond to. So we built something different: an agentic AI platform that proactively detects, monitors, and takes down impersonators, automating protection in hours, not weeks.

Built by ex-Palantir, ex-CTO/founders, and ex-Notion engineers, Outtake is designed for clarity, autonomy, and velocity. Our goal is ambitious: become the trust layer of the modern internet. And we intend to do it with a lean, dense, exceptionally talented team.

Outtake is backed by top-tier investors and operators who believe in our mission and our model. With strong financial footing and a long runway, we prioritize creating an environment where people can do the best work of their careers.

The Role

Outtake is hiring its first Channel Partnerships Lead to build and own the channel ecosystem. We’re seeking someone with a background in channel who is comfortable operating in ambiguity, likes to be on the road meeting new people, and can switch between operating in the weeds and planning on a multi-year horizon.

This person will be instrumental in scaling our channel-first approach, from selecting our first tier of partners to building the operating model (enablement, deal registration, comp/compensation structure, co-sell motion). You'll work in lockstep with the Head of Partnerships, Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to make partners a repeatable, forecastable source of pipeline.

What you'll do

  • Partner strategy & selection. Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners which can best unlock access to our ICP

  • Relationship-building: Build and strengthen relationships with partners to expand the ever-growing list of Outtake acolytes

  • Enablement. Collaborate with marketing to build partner-facing training, battlecards, and certification paths so partners can position and sell Outtake credibly

  • Evangelize: Stay ahead of the fast moving Outtake roadmap to deliver relevant and impactful sales and technical trainings to partner teams

  • Co-sell motion. Own deal registration, lead-sharing, and joint account planning with direct AEs

  • Systems & reporting. Harden CRM hygiene to track partner activity and deal flow. Track and report on channel KPIs

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years as channel/partner manager, account executive, or other partnerships ecosystem role at cybersecurity company or similar

  • Experience scaling a channel program and weighing strategic trade-offs

  • Comfort writing the playbook and not just reading it

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication; ability to present to executives and technical teams alike

  • Strong systems instinct to instrument the channel motion in our CRM

  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time

Nice to have
  • Existing relationships within the security VAR/advisory ecosystem (Optiv, Guidepoint, or comparable)

  • Experience leveraging AI to accelerate outcomes (and knowing when not to use it)

Life at Outtake
  • Office: For those in NY, we are an in-person team (5 days a week, with flexibility as needed) working out of a stunning waterfront office in Brooklyn. Collaboration, speed, and clarity matter.

  • Health: 100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision for employees.

  • Time Away: Flexible PTO. We trust adults to manage energy, not clock time.

  • Culture & Team: Annual company retreats and regular in-person events.

Outtake is an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to building a diverse, inclusive team.
