Company

DriveNets is a leader in cloud-native networking software for hyperscalers and service providers who are building the largest infrastructures in the world for network services, AI platforms and SaaS offerings. Founded in December 2015, DriveNets disrupted some of the most challenging high-scale markets, transforming the way networks are built, scaled, and consumed. DriveNets’ network cloud solution is deployed in more than half of AT&T’s backbone. DriveNets has raised $587 million in three funding rounds which enables us to dream big and bring on the most talented people.

The Role

We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Channel Sales Manager to spearhead partner acquisition, enablement, and direct customer engagement, all while driving adoption of our cutting-edge AI/HPC networking solutions. In this hybrid role, you’ll recruit and manage a diverse ecosystem of partners—including VARs, SIs, and distributors—while acting as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional who thrives in a startup-like environment, blending technical background with business development expertise. If you’re a go-getter with a “hunter” mentality, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner Development:
  • Recruit and empower partners (VARs, SIs, distributors) to expand market presence.
  • Develop joint business plans, execute quarterly reviews, and foster enthusiasm within partner sales and engineering teams to promote our solutions.
  • End-User Engagement:
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise and neo-cloud customers, aligning our solutions with their unique business needs.
  • Revenue Growth:
  • Drive quarterly sales targets through partner-led and direct sales initiatives.
  • Build and monitor a robust partner-driven sales pipeline.
  • Enablement:
  • Deliver impactful training sessions and develop resources like playbooks and pricing guides to ensure partner success.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align partner strategies with overall company goals.

Requirements

Must-Have:

  • 10+ years in channel and alliance sales within the networking industry and a minimum of 3 years of experience in the AI/HPC industry.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to translate technical features into clear business value.
  • Proven success in partner recruitment and enablement, driving measurable revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to connect with both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
  • A tenacious, assertive, and results-driven “hunter” mindset—committed to getting things done!

Nice-to-Have:

  • Previous experience as a sales engineer or solutions architect in the HPC or networking space.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

If your experience is close but doesn’t fulfill all requirements, please apply. DriveNets is on a mission to build a special company comprised of individuals with different backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences.
