Brinqa is the leading provider of unified cyber risk management and security analytics.  Our software empowers companies to make cyber risk decisions across a wide range of platforms quickly and efficiently.

We help our customers’ cyber security and technology teams discover, prioritize and treat the most important risks based on real-time risk analytics, automated risk assessments, and remediation.  With actionable insights and timely communications provided by our software, our customers are reducing their response times to the constantly changing and emerging threats and saving their business from potential negative and significant impacts.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Brinqa is seeking an ambitious and dynamic Channel Sales Leader to build, evolve, and accelerate our partner ecosystem across North America. This is an exciting, hands-on opportunity to help shape the future of our channel strategy while working directly with top cybersecurity VARs, integrators, and consulting partners. You’ll blend field-level engagement — recruiting, enabling, and collaborating with partner reps — with the strategic development of programs, processes, and tools that drive scalable channel success.

If you are passionate about cybersecurity, love working with high-performing partners, and want to be a key player in building something special, this could be the role for you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Recruit, onboard, and activate a strategic portfolio of security-focused VARs, MSSPs, integrators, and consulting partners.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with partner sales teams, executive leadership, and technical teams.
  • Design and deliver partner enablement programs, training sessions, and joint-selling initiatives.
  • Work side-by-side with partner reps to prospect, position, and close opportunities in the field.
  • Develop and execute channel business plans and joint go-to-market strategies aligned with Brinqa’s growth objectives.
  • Manage pipeline development, deal registration processes, and partner-sourced revenue targets.
  • Serve as the voice of the channel internally — collaborating closely with sales, marketing, product, and leadership teams.
  • Evolve and refine Brinqa’s partner program, incentives, and partner marketing support to maximize impact.
  • Represent Brinqa at industry events, partner summits, and joint customer-facing
    activities.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
  • 7+ years of successful channel sales, alliances, or partner management experience in the cybersecurity SaaS industry.
  • Strong existing network and relationships within the cybersecurity VAR, MSSP, and integrator community.
  • Proven track record of recruiting, enabling, and scaling productive partner relationships.
  • Experience leading field sales activities with partners, including co-selling, joint account mapping, and opportunity acceleration.
  • Deep understanding of channel programs, incentives, deal registration models, and partner marketing best practices.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills — builds trust quickly, inspires partner loyalty, and drives alignment.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated with the ability to balance strategic initiatives with tactical field execution.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce) and partner portal technologies.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable building programs, processes, and structures from the ground up.
  • Technical aptitude in cybersecurity solutions such as risk management, vulnerability management, threat exposure management, or CTEM.
  • Prior experience building a channel program at an emerging growth cybersecurity or SaaS company strongly preferred.
  • Experience collaborating with GSIs and management consulting firms strongly preferred.
WHO YOU ARE
  • A builder and doer — equally excited to meet with partners in the field and create scalable programs.
  • A relationship-first leader who understands that trust and collaboration are the foundation of successful partnerships.
  • Strategic yet hands-on, ready to roll up your sleeves and drive measurable partner revenue.
  • Passionate about cybersecurity and excited to be part of a fast-growing, category-defining company.

HERE’S A LITTLE MORE ABOUT US

Brinqa was founded in 2008 by cybersecurity and technology veterans that witnessed first-hand the significant amount of time and people it took a company to manage the various tools and resources to protect the business from the ever evolving and changing world of cybersecurity.

Building a cybersecurity platform that connects all of the relevant IT, security, and business data resources to create a common data view with actionable insights would give companies a resource that would allow them to respond faster, smarter and more efficiently.

In June 2021, with a solid and effective product benefiting and significantly impacting Fortune 50 companies, Brinqa received its first and only institutionalized funding with Insight Partners.  Investing $110M and a minority position in the business, Insight Partners provided Brinqa a way to provide their cybersecurity platform product to more enterprise companies by building their employee base with expertise in Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Professional Services and People.

It is an exciting time of growth and for individuals to make an immediate and lasting impact on the company and its market

We’re committed to promoting Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) at Brinqa - through all equal employment opportunity laws and regulations at the international, federal, state and local levels.
