CAMP is hiring Costumed Character Performers for an immersive Bluey experience. Performers will engage families using gestures and body language while wearing a mascot costume. Must work flexible hours and maintain energy and animation throughout shifts.

What is the Role?
CAMP is seeking Costumed Character Performers (Bluey Mascot) for a large-scale, family-friendly Immersive Bluey x CAMP collaboration at our CAMP Store located on 5th Avenue.
This show will feature scripted dialogue as well as improvised material, while engaging with kids and families in a 5000 sq ft space.
Pay rate: $24.00 hourly
Hours/Availability:
- The schedule will range anywhere from 5 hrs to 30 hrs per week, between 4-5 hour shifts for a 1 month contract (with possibility of extension).
- Ability to work day and evening shifts as well as weekends.
Role Requirements:
- Must be between 5 ft and 5’4”
- This is fully costumed, including a size XS/ S bodysuit to be worn underneath the costume and a full headpiece
- The role will not require speaking.
- Other details:
- Never speak in costume, but communicate with the public through body language and gestures
- Must never stand still and keep up the animation at all times to make magic happen!
- Mascot costume is full body and head - wearing the costume is an essential function of the position
- Ability to work day and evening shifts as well as weekends
- Must be 18 years of age or older
