The Opportunity

This is a founding-level role with real ownership, commercial influence, and equity. You’ll work directly with the CEO and CTO to shape how OUR+R goes to market, builds partnerships, grows its driver and rider base, and closes its seed round. You’re not joining a company with a playbook — you’re writing it.

The role is CBO because that’s the scope. Business development, partnerships, strategic relationships, and investor-facing support. You’ll also carry light marketing ownership at this stage — not campaign execution, but making sure our presence in the market reflects what we’re building. As the team grows, marketing transitions to a dedicated hire, and you focus on the commercial engine.

“Safety and sustainability are the minimum.” — Founders’ Shared Vision

Who We’re Looking For

We’re not anchoring this to a specific title history. What matters is that you can operate at the director level or above across commercial strategy and business development — and that you’re energized by early-stage ownership, not just a seat at the table.

You might be a Director of Business Development who’s built partnerships from scratch, a Head of Partnerships who’s owned commercial strategy, or a VP-level operator ready to go deep again at a company worth building. The path is flexible. The output is not.

What You Bring

Business Development & Partnerships

• Business development and partnership negotiation, including closing — this is core.

• Fleet, corporate, or enterprise mobility contracts — a strong plus.

• Mobility, rideshare, logistics, or gig economy experience — strongly preferred.

• Two-sided marketplace thinking: supply and demand aren’t the same problem.

Commercial Strategy

• Go-to-market strategy — you’ve built one, not just executed someone else’s.

• Revenue modeling, pricing strategy, or marketplace economics.

• CRM, pipeline management, and basic growth infrastructure.

Fundraising & Investor Relations

• Experience working alongside founders during a seed or pre-seed raise — strongly preferred.

• Investor relations, pitch narrative, or fundraising support — a strong plus.

Marketing Presence (Light Ownership)

• Comfortable owning early brand presence in market — not deep execution, but ensuring OUR+R shows up right.

• Able to represent the company’s voice in partnership conversations, social presence, and community outreach.

• As the team grows, this transitions to a dedicated marketing hire. You help define what that person looks like.

Operations & Execution

• Early-stage recruiting — finding and closing non-engineering talent before HR exists.

• Comfortable being the only person in the room on commercial decisions.

• Boots on the ground in Atlanta for launch execution, driver outreach, and market activation.

What You’ll Do

• Own the full business development function — sourcing, negotiating, and closing partnerships across corporate mobility, fleet, and enterprise accounts.

• Support the CEO on investor relationships, seed round narrative, and fundraising diligence.

• Lead driver supply-side recruitment and activation in OUR+R’s launch markets.

• Run rider acquisition strategy across B2C and B2B channels.

• Stand up commercial infrastructure — CRM, pipeline, attribution, and early growth tooling.

• Carry light marketing ownership — ensuring OUR+R’s market presence reflects what we’re building.

• Represent OUR+R in rooms we haven’t been in yet — with operators, partners, and investors.

• Get boots on the ground in Atlanta for launch execution and market activation.

• Recruit the first commercial hires when the time comes and help define what that team looks like.

About OUR+R

OUR+R Technologies is building marketplace infrastructure for the platform economy — a SaaS foundation powering driver-first, two-sided marketplaces across multiple verticals. Our drive is solving issues we run into fairly as we'd want to be treated.

Get Ride Plus is our first vertical: a rideshare platform that puts safety, sustainability, and fair economics at the center. We’re pre-seed, moving with intention, and assembling the founding team that will take us from our first live vertical to a funded, multi-market platform.

Collaboration Hours:

2 PM – 7 PM Eastern. This is when you’ll reliably reach either founder.

Compensation:

Equity only at the pre-seed stage. Contact us if you have questions about funding status or equity structure.
