  • Ensure that the marketing organization is aligned with the product roadmap and can anticipate messaging needs ahead of major launches and enhancements.

3. Thought Leadership

  • Build a thought leadership engine that communicates IQVIA Digital’s vision for the future of healthcare marketing, identity, privacy, addressability, media measurement, and AI-driven engagement.

  • Lead the development of a steady cadence of market insights, whitepapers, executive perspectives, research publications, data-driven stories, and partner co-publications.

  • Position IQVIA Digital executives and subject-matter experts as authoritative voices across the industry, securing speaking engagements, media placements, and panel opportunities.

  • Ensure that thought leadership supports commercial strategy and strengthens IQVIA Digital’s influence in shaping the future of digital healthcare engagement.

  • Establish a consistent visual and narrative identity across the full marketing ecosystem including events, collateral, digital channels, product materials, client engagements, and internal communications.

  • Ensure strong brand governance and alignment across all cross-functional teams and external partners.

5. Paid and Earned Media

  • Build and execute an integrated media strategy that drives visibility through paid campaigns, owned channels, and earned media.

  • Cultivate relationships with industry press, analysts, influencers, and partner networks across healthcare, adtech, and digital media.

  • Manage media spend, campaign performance, content distribution, and measurement frameworks to ensure every marketing dollar drives impact.

  • Oversee the development of IQVIA Digital’s social media presence, organic content strategy, and executive amplification.

6. Collaboration Across IQVIA

  • Serve as the primary marketing bridge between IQVIA Digital and the broader IQVIA enterprise, including the US Regional business, global marketing, and adjacent business units.

  • Build frameworks for tracking and reporting marketing ROI, attribution, revenue influence, and full-funnel KPIs.
