About Polygon Labs

Polygon Labs is a global blockchain payments company building and operating infrastructure to move money instantly, reliably, and at internet scale, with the mission to move all money onchain. It is building the Polygon Open Money Stack, an open and integrated stack of services and technologies to instantly and reliably move money anywhere, and put it to work. Its infrastructure has facilitated trillions of dollars in onchain value transfer and supported millions of transactions daily for some of the globe's largest banks, fintechs, enterprises, and consumer applications.

Your Role

Polygon is building the infrastructure to move all money onchain. Stablecoins are becoming the settlement layer for global money movement, and Polygon is positioning itself at the centre of that shift through the Open Money Stack: a vertically integrated system combining open blockchain infrastructure, regulated fiat access, compliant wallets, and cross-chain payment orchestration.

The commercial traction is real. Polygon is already generating meaningful revenue and growing fast. Recent acquisitions of Coinme (regulated US fiat on/off-ramps, money transmitter licenses, 50,000 retail locations) and Sequence (smart wallet technology, cross-chain intents) have expanded the product surface significantly. Market momentum is accelerating, with strong inbound interest from partners and the broader ecosystem.

What comes next requires a different kind of commercial leadership. This is a CRO role for someone who wants to build, not optimise. You will take full ownership of the commercial organisation and turn strong, founder-led momentum into a scalable, disciplined revenue engine.

Your Responsibilities
  • Own and scale Polygon Labs’ global revenue organisation across enterprise sales, strategic collaborations, customer expansion, and revenue operations, with accountability for driving sustainable revenue growth

  • Define the commercial strategy and operating model required to scale revenue efficiently, including ICP prioritisation, pricing discipline, pipeline quality, and long-term customer value creation

  • Establish clear frameworks for ICP prioritisation, deal quality, pricing discipline, and commercial decision-making, with a focus on long-term strategic value, sustainable economics, and durable revenue growth

  • Build and operate the commercial cadence for the company, including pipeline governance, forecasting accuracy, deal reviews, compensation design, performance management, and executive reporting

  • Partner closely with Product and Marketing leadership to translate product strategy into scalable go-to-market execution, enterprise adoption, and measurable commercial outcomes

  • Develop and mentor senior commercial leaders capable of independently managing complex enterprise negotiations, executive stakeholder relationships, and strategic global accounts

  • Embed AI-enabled workflows across the commercial organisation to improve forecasting, deal analysis, account research, pipeline management, and operational efficiency at scale

  • Personally lead high-impact commercial situations when required, including strategic negotiations, executive customer engagements, and complex enterprise deals

What You’ll Need
  • Demonstrated experience building and scaling revenue operating systems within high-growth technology, payments, fintech, or financial infrastructure companies, including forecasting, RevOps, deal governance, and commercial performance management

  • Deep familiarity with blockchain technology and a strong belief in the potential for onchain payments to transform global money movement, with experience across stablecoins, wallets, payment infrastructure, or related ecosystems

  • A track record of leading complex enterprise sales cycles and commercial negotiations with global organisations, ideally across payments, financial infrastructure, fintech, or enterprise technology markets adopting blockchain-based solutions

  • Strong commercial judgment with the ability to balance short-term revenue opportunities against long-term strategic value and make clear prioritisation decisions in fast-moving environments

  • Experience leading senior commercial organisations within founder-led companies, with the ability to drive alignment, accountability, and execution across high-performing teams and cross-functional stakeholders

  • Strong AI fluency and demonstrated experience integrating AI into commercial workflows, operational processes, forecasting, account intelligence, and decision-making across an organisation

Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with platform or ecosystem-driven business models where growth depends on both direct commercial relationships and broader network adoption

  • Experience scaling commercial organisations through periods of rapid growth, organisational transformation, or structural change

  • Experience leading globally distributed commercial teams across multiple regions and enterprise markets
