What You'll Do:

We are seeking a Chief of Staff to the CMO to act as a strategic partner, operator, and force multiplier within the marketing organization. This role will work closely with the CMO to design and run effective management systems, translate strategy into clear frameworks and narratives, and ensure alignment across a fast-growing, cross-functional environment.

The ideal candidate is equally strong in structured thinking and executive communication—someone who can build the systems behind the strategy and clearly articulate the “why,” “what,” and “how” to diverse audiences.

About The Role:Strategic Partnership & Framework Development
  • Serve as a trusted thought partner to the CMO on marketing strategy, priorities, and decision-making
    Help design and refine strategic frameworks that clarify goals, tradeoffs, and execution plans
  • Translate complex strategies into clear, compelling narratives for executive leadership, the broader company, and external stakeholders as needed
Management Systems & Operating Cadence
  • Build, run, and continuously improve marketing management systems (planning cycles, OKRs, KPIs, QBRs, operating reviews)
  • Establish clear rhythms for prioritization, execution tracking, and decision-making
  • Ensure visibility into progress, risks, and dependencies across marketing initiatives
Executive & Organizational Communication
  • Partner with the CMO to develop high-quality executive communications, including leadership presentations, board materials, and internal updates
    Translate frameworks and operating plans into effective communications that drive alignment and action
  • Ensure consistent messaging across marketing leadership and cross-functional partners
Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Act as a connector between Marketing and key partners including Sales, Product, Finance, Comms, and People
  • Drive clarity of ownership, timelines, and decision rights across complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Represent the CMO in meetings and working sessions when appropriate
Special Projects & Scale Initiatives
  • Lead high-impact, ambiguous initiatives on behalf of the CMO
  • Support org design, headcount planning, and scaling efforts within the marketing organization
  • Identify opportunities to improve tools, processes, and ways of working as CoreWeave grows
Who You Are:
  • 7+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, program leadership, or a Chief of Staff–type role
  • Demonstrated experience building and operating management systems (e.g., OKRs, planning frameworks, operating reviews)
  • Strong ability to translate structured thinking and frameworks into clear, persuasive communications
    Experience partnering closely with senior executives and influencing without authority
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of discretion, judgment, and comfort operating in ambiguity
Preferred:
  • Experience in B2B marketing, cloud infrastructure, AI, or high-growth technology companies
  • Background in management consulting, strategic operations, or corporate strategy
    MBA or equivalent advanced degree

The base salary range for this role is $135,000 to $198,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).

Our Workplace

While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration
