  • Oversee and improve systems for tracking and reporting strategic and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Manage the annual Product-Tech budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
  • Evaluate, implement, and maintain cost-effective tools in collaboration with Engineering, Data, and ML teams.

  • Professionalism: High integrity and discretion, with the ability to maintain a productive and professional environment by avoiding rumor-spreading, non-productive discussions, and engagement in internal politics.
  • Strategy: Proven experience in a Chief of Staff, strategy, or operational leadership role within a tech-driven organization.
  • Planning: Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with a track record of driving initiatives to completion.
  • Communication: Exceptional communication skills, with experience drafting and presenting materials for executive audiences.
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally, driving influence and alignment with senior stakeholders.
  • Culture: Deep understanding of and alignment with Hinge’s culture and mission.
