Company Overview:

We are building Protege to solve the biggest unmet need in AI — getting access to the right training data. The process today is time intensive, incredibly expensive, and often ends in failure. The Protege platform facilitates the secure, efficient, and privacy-centric exchange of AI training data, now operating in the healthcare and media industries. 

Solving AI's data problem is a generational opportunity. The company that succeeds will be one of the largest in AI — and in tech.

Partner with the CEO and other leaders at the company to identify areas of impact and implement solutions to improve those areas; this could include you owning a specific area of the business for 3-9 months at a time (or permanently if it's a great mutual fit).

• You have experience in growing startups, fitting the right process, tool, or solution to the right moment in a company's lifecycle/maturity.

• You are ready for the world of a small startup with huge ambitions;

  • Ready to figure things out without documentation, precedent, or much guidance;

  • Ready to work through spikes of effort, where signing a new customer may mean a couple weeks of late nights surrounded by your teammates, followed by a company-mandated holiday;

  • Ready to take ownership of outcomes no matter how big (what should our marketing program look like? where should we allocate operations resources?) or small (which coworking space should you book for our next offsite? what thank you gift should you send our partner?).
