At Atrix, our journey began with a simple belief:
Breakthrough medicines and technologies change lives, and the people making them deserve better tools.

We often celebrate the final moment: a patient receiving a life-saving therapy or a groundbreaking treatment becoming standard of care.
But behind that moment is a complex, coordinated effort that begins years earlier.

Pharmaceutical and med device companies shoulder this responsibility every day:

  • Advancing science from lab to clinic

  • Navigating regulatory and access barriers

  • Ensuring safe, evidence-based adoption in the real world

They’re not just bringing products to market; they’re shaping the future of care.

Yet these organizations are often held back by outdated workflows and siloed data, unable to fully harness the knowledge that already exists across their teams.

Atrix was built to change that.

We exist to support the mission of those who dedicate their lives to creating and delivering innovations that impact global health.

The Role Description

You are the multiplier who turns ideas into execution. You’ll support business operations to the CEO and lie at the intersection of GTM, marketing, customer success, and product—owning the workflows that keep revenue motions tight, experiments frequent, and our CEO focused on the highest-leverage work.

If you love wearing several hats, building 0-to-1 processes, and seeing your work translate directly into company growth and better outcomes for patients, you’ll thrive here.

Responsibilities

This role is perfect for someone who is customer-obsessed, technically fluent, and thrives in fast-moving startup environments. If you love the challenge of uncovering business opportunities with AI in a high-impact industry, we want to talk to you.

In this role, you will:

  • Work closely with the CEO to design and implement high-impact business initiatives that fuel company growth.

  • Take ownership of high-impact critical projects, overseeing their life cycles from concept to execution.

  • Set up operational SOPs across GTM and business operations

  • Run 0-1 experiments to drive growth and optimization within the business

  • Track and manage follow-ups for the CEO to help drive critical projects forward.

  • Support the CEO with analyses to inform business decisions and create materials for key meetings.

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to help deliver valuable business insights.

  • Manage the CEO’s agenda and calendar, ensuring a focus on the highest-impact items.

  • Build strong relationships across all levels of the organization and with customers.

Must haves

THIS IS AN IN-PERSON ROLE BASED IN NYC.

  • 3-5 yrs in BizOps, Chief-of-Staff, or founder/operator roles, ideally in healthcare.

  • Must have had prev. startup experience in an operator or founding team member role

  • Hands-on ownership of enterprise/B2B projects with measurable results.

  • Customer-facing experience (key-account management, client delivery, or sales support).

  • Proven executor: you’ve launched initiatives end-to-end and can show the metrics.

  • Fluency with modern GTM & ops tooling: CRM, marketing automation, and project-management platforms.

Nice to haves

  • Life-sciences or healthcare exposure (pharma, med-tech, health-IT).

  • Comfortable with prompting, analytics, or light-weight no-code automations.

  • Passion for AI and data-driven storytelling.

Why Atrix as a Chief of Staff?
  • Extreme ownership: design the playbooks you’ll later scale.

  • Direct line of sight to improving patient outcomes through better data.

  • Rare mix of strategy, ops, and GTM in a <50-person startup—you will get to influence the company’s trajectory.

  • Clear growth path into senior BizOps leadership or GTM leadership as we scale.
