Since launching less than a year ago, Concourse has grown extremely rapidly. Our AI agents are deployed across hundreds of high-growth companies, unicorn startups like Persona, Front, Lightmatter, and large public companies - including multiple Fortune 500 customers.
Concourse is backed by Andreessen Horowitz, CRV, YC, Standard Capital, and 50+ angel investors from companies like OpenAI, Cursor, Vercel, Brex, Carta, Rippling, 1Password, Deel, Jeeves, and DoorDash.

About the Role

We're hiring a Chief of Staff to work directly with the founders and CEO as one of our earliest and most strategic hires.

This is a rare opportunity to sit at the center of a high-growth AI company and touch everything from GTM and growth to operations, strategy, and company-building. You'll be the connective tissue between the founders and the business, helping Concourse move faster, execute more cleanly, and scale more intentionally.

On day one, your biggest focus will be GTM and growth, helping drive inbound demand, sharpen our go-to-market motion, and build the systems that accelerate revenue. Over time, your scope will expand as the company does. This is a role that grows with you and focuses on ownership, learning, and execution.

If you're early in your career, deeply ambitious, and want to learn faster than anywhere else at one of the fastest growing companies in the US. This is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • GTM & Growth (Day 1 Focus)

    • Work directly with the founders to accelerate our go-to-market motion from outbound campaigns and pipeline building to partnerships, content, and distribution

    • Build and automate GTM systems from scratch that become core to how Concourse scales through an agent first approach

    • Help design and run growth experiments across channels, messaging, and activation flows and build the initial channels

    • Own and coordinate events, dinners, roundtables, and community touchpoints that deepen Concourse's presence in finance, operations, and AI ecosystems

    • Support the development of compelling narratives, decks, and materials that resonate with prospects, customers, and partners

    Strategic Operations

    • Build and own the operational infrastructure that keeps Concourse running smoothly from meeting rhythms, cross-functional coordination, and internal processes

    • Track key initiatives across the company and make sure nothing falls through the cracks

    • Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities across the business and drive them to resolution

    Company Building

    • Support recruiting coordination, candidate experience, and onboarding as the team grows and hiring continues to be top of mind

    • Act as a force multiplier for the founders, picking up whatever's most important, week to week and be proactive in driving results

    • No two weeks look the same. You'll move between growth, ops, recruiting, and strategy based on what the company needs most

About You
  • 2–5 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, finance, operations, or a prior Chief of Staff role

  • Proficient with AI and vibe coding. You love to vibe code and think automation and agents first, and you're excited to use new tooling to work faster and smarter

  • Hungry, highly resourceful, and wired to figure things out. You don't wait to be told what to do and love driving results

  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously without dropping the ball

  • Strong communicator who can write a crisp email, run a tight meeting, and distill a complex idea into a clear narrative

  • High EQ and high intercept. You read rooms, earn trust quickly, and represent the founders well. We want you to build relationships internally and externally

  • Thrives in ambiguity and genuinely excited by the idea of building something from scratch and being at the ground floor of a high growth startup

  • Background in fintech, B2B SaaS, or exposure to finance teams (preferred but not required)

Why You Should Join Us

Joining Concourse is an incredible opportunity to get in at the ground level of a high-growth, category-defining AI company. Every person we hire meaningfully shapes the product, culture, and trajectory of the business, and we compensate accordingly with top-of-market salary and equity.
You’ll have a high degree of ownership from day one. We move fast, build aggressively, and operate with very little bureaucracy. You’ll work directly with the founders and founding team, ship impactful work weekly, and play a core role in scaling the company.
We’re in person 5 days a week in our new NYC HQ in Flatiron, where we collaborate tightly, iterate quickly, and build an environment that’s both high-energy and deeply focused. We believe the best work, and the fastest learnings, happen together.
We care about your growth. You’ll get direct mentorship, opportunities to stretch into new skills across engineering, AI, and GTM, and the support of a team that wants you to succeed. This is a place to accelerate your career, build your brand, and make an outsized impact.
