About NovigNovig is building America's #1 sports prediction market. Our mission is to financialize and democratize sports trading - taking a closed system run by casinos and turning it into a fair, efficient, two-sided market where the power sits with users.
With CFTC approval on the horizon, we're poised to go live across all 50 states as the leading sports-focused, federally regulated market built on trust, transparency, and real user protection.
We're backed by some of Silicon Valley's top investors — Pantera, Forerunner, Lux, NFX, Paul Graham, and Joe Montana — who have collectively invested over $100M behind this vision.
About the RoleThis is your shot to sit shoulder-to-shoulder with Novig's CEO and executive team at a defining moment for the prediction market industry. You'll turn chaos into leverage — building and shipping AI-powered automations with Claude that run the CEO's world and kill busywork across the company. This role is for someone relentless, resourceful, and sharp enough to out-produce entire teams with the right tools and instincts. You're the person we turn to when something is messy, cross-functional, and needs one owner to take the reins and ship it.
Who you are and what you will doAct as a force multiplier for the executive team by building, deploying, and maintaining AI-powered automations using Claude and related tools — owning the CEO's operating cadence end-to-end (agenda-setting, meeting prep, follow-ups, board and investor comms) while eliminating repetitive work across the org
Identify high-leverage automation opportunities across departments and translate messy, manual workflows into scalable, AI-native systems that compound over time
Bring a builder's mindset to internal tooling, including prompt engineering, agent and workflow design, extensive scripting, and deep integrations between Claude and existing systems (Slack, Gmail, Notion, Linear, etc.)
Drive strategic initiatives end-to-end on behalf of the executive team — including fundraising prep and competitive analysis — using AI to accelerate research, synthesis, and first drafts at every step
Operate as the AI-enabled connective tissue across Product, Compliance, Legal, and GTM, ensuring executive priorities are clearly communicated, tracked, and executed with automated status updates, dashboards, and follow-through
Serve as a trusted right hand to the executive team, driving high-priority special projects from ambiguous ideas to shipped outcomes — leveraging AI to compress timelines and operate with the output of a much larger team
Thrive in ambiguity — comfortable picking up whatever the company needs most, whether that's standing up a new function, running point on a crisis, or shipping a Claude-powered automation over the weekend
“I work with extremely stellar people, I own real systems, and decisions happen fast. No politics, no waiting for needless red tape. If something's broken, I fix it. If I build something good, it ships.”
“The people! So smart, thoughtful, fun to work with, passionate about their craft, etc”
“I'm having the most fun I've had in my entire career.”
If you want responsibility, trust, and the chance to help build the future of sports prediction markets - take your shot, we’d love to connect.
Not for everyoneOur work is tied to live sports - that means potential nights, weekends, and pressure included.
If you need clear swim lanes, a heavy process, or someone to tell you what to do, this won’t be the right environment.
