About SuperCircle
SuperCircle is building the infrastructure to close the loop in fashion. We’re the technology and reverse logistics operating system powering circularity for brands and retailers—capturing apparel, footwear, accessories, and home textiles from 2,200+ retail locations and routing them to their highest-value next life through AI-powered sortation across 50+ reuse and recycling streams. As the first and only textile waste management platform of our kind, we process end-of-life textiles into reuse and recycling channels, unlocking best-in-class profitability and sustainability outcomes for our partners, including Lululemon, Target, Nike, J.Crew, GUESS, Reformation, FIGS, and Parachute Home.
In late 2025, we closed a $24M Series A led by Foundry to scale our supply chain data capture, AI-driven sorting, and textile recovery infrastructure. We’re a small, senior team building the rails for an industry that has, until now, run on spreadsheets and pallets.
Our mission is simple: to profitably divert 1B+ textiles from landfill by 2030—and we’re on track to do it.
About the Role
This is not a support role. It's a seat at the table.
SuperCircle is seeking a Chief of Staff who has spent a decade or more operating at the intersection of strategy, execution, and leadership—and who is ready to bring that experience to bear on one of the most consequential infrastructure builds in climate tech today.
You will serve as the strategic right hand to the CEO and a force multiplier for the executive team. You have been in rooms where high-stakes decisions are made, and you know how to shape them. You've built new systems for scaling companies, navigated complex stakeholder environments, and translated ambition into disciplined execution. Now you want to do it somewhere that matters.
At SuperCircle, you will operate at the center of the business—owning cross-functional alignment, driving commercial and investor strategy, and ensuring the organization moves with both speed and clarity. This role carries real authority, real visibility, and real impact.
This role is equal parts:
- Strategist (what should we do?)
- Operator (how do we make it happen?)
- Integrator (how do we align the org?)
- Accelerator (how do we move faster with quality?)
If you’re someone who thrives in ambiguity, loves building from zero, and wants to sit at the center of a high-growth retail tech start-up, this is your seat.
What You'll Own
The Chief of Staff will define and drive a portfolio of high-impact initiatives, to be defined with the CEO, spanning the following areas:
- Executive Strategy & Operations — Serve as the CEO's strategic partner and proxy; own the operating rhythm of the executive team including planning cycles, priorities, and decision frameworks.
- Organizational Effectiveness — Design and install the systems, accountability structures, and cross-functional processes that allow a high-growth company to scale without losing focus.
- Investor & Board Relations — Lead preparation of investor communications, board materials, and strategic narratives; ensure the company's story is told with precision and confidence.
- Commercial Strategy Execution — Partner with Sales, Brand, and Ops leadership to ensure commercial initiatives are well-structured, properly resourced, and executed through to result.
- Business Development & Partnerships — Drive BD strategy from research and structuring through contract negotiation and program launch; serve as a senior representative of the company in external conversations.
- Narrative & Market Positioning — Develop and pressure-test executive materials, pitch frameworks, and market narratives; synthesize external signals and competitive intelligence into strategic insight.
- Operational Problem-Solving — Identify friction, clear blockers, and build leverage wherever it's needed—without waiting to be asked.
What You Bring
- 10+ years of experience across a senior commercial/revenue driving role, investment banking, management consulting, VC/PE, or senior strategy and operations roles at high-growth companies—with a track record of results at scale.
- Deep experience in executive-level environments: you have operated alongside or supported C-suite and board-level leadership and understand how decisions get made at the top.
- Demonstrated ability to build and run infrastructure in scaling or transformational contexts—you have built things from scratch and made them stick.
- Sophisticated communicator and storyteller—able to translate complex strategy into crisp, compelling materials for investors, partners, and senior leaders.
- A skilled negotiator and relationship manager with the maturity and presence to represent the company in high-stakes external conversations.
- Strong commercial instincts and financial fluency; you can move fluidly from strategy to execution and back.
- A bias for action paired with sound judgment—you make decisions with incomplete information, move fast, and course-correct with discipline.
- Experience in climate, sustainability, retail, or supply chain is a plus; genuine belief in the mission is non-negotiable.
Why SuperCircle
We’re not just solving for waste – we’re creating value from it. SuperCircle is trusted by leading brands and built to scale textile recovery through data, automation, and deep supply chain integration. As part of our team, you’ll gain
visibility, ownership, and the chance to define how circularity becomes standard across retail. If you're ready to make an impact that spans P&L and planet, let's talk.
