Our 2025 Summer Internship Program for Analysts strives to provide you with a dynamic, comprehensive experience, exposing you to a number of critical components which builds the foundation for Fund Accounting. Over the 10-week summer internship, you will work closely with the team to gain exposure to the financial reporting process of our private funds. Responsibilities may include assisting a senior Fund Accounting team member with the below tasks: 

•    Reviewing quarterly trial balance and key supporting schedules, including cash and positions reconciliations. 
•    Review of investor allocations, including capital call and distribution calculations and capital account statements.
•    Review and tie out of quarterly financial statements. 
•    Logging received invoices and updating internal expense trackers.  

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Preferred candidate will be a rising Senior (Class of 2026) or rising Junior (Class of 2027) expected to graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Computational Finance, Economics, Accounting or other quantitively focused curriculum

  • Strong attention to detail; careful review of facts and figures, quick to identify errors, ensure consistency of information

  • Superior Excel and financial modeling skills, with demonstrated ability to express complex ideas in a clear and concise manner

  • Knowledge of the middle market levered lending market, customers and competitors strongly preferred

  • Outstanding interpersonal and written communication skills, with the ability to synthesize and convey complex business and marketing concepts, effective and strong active listening skills 

  • Proven track record of success collaborating in a fast-paced, results driven team environment

  • Demonstrated leadership skills with an ability to negotiate, influence and gain credibility

  • Innovative and creative thinker; ability to make connections among previously unrelated notions, ability to project how potential ideas may play out

Base Pay Range: $18.75/hr. - $27.40/hr.

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.  In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
