About the role
We are hiring a part-time City Manager Intern to support our New York operations and help manage day-to-day logistics for our marketing campaigns.

You’ll work directly with Brand Ambassadors, handle campaign materials, and help keep daily operations organized and running smoothly.

It’s a hands-on, in-office role ideal for someone who is organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Oppizi is the first major multi-channel player in offline performance-marketing. We’ve built a technology that enables tracking, scaling, and optimization of flyering campaigns. We offer 3 channels, Hand-to-hand (in people’s hands), Door-to-Door (in people’s mailboxes), and Direct Mail (in people’s mailboxes via national post service). We operate in 10+ countries, the main ones being Australia, New Zealand, France, the UK, the US, and Canada. We are very privileged to work with flagship accounts like UberEats, DoorDash, Getaround, DiDi, Deliveroo, and many others. 

Responsibilities

Brand Ambassador Support

  • Assist Brand Ambassadors during material pickups at the office
  • Distribute flyers and campaign materials
  • Help coordinate pickup flow to keep operations efficient

Inventory & Logistics

  • Organize and manage marketing inventory
  • Prepare materials for upcoming shifts
  • Track materials and support campaign readiness

Office Operations

  • Maintain an organized workspace
  • Support day-to-day office logistics
  • Assist the operations team with basic administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Interest in operations, logistics, or startup environments

BenefitsPosition details
  • Part-time role (2/3 days per week)
  • 3-month contract with the possibility of becoming permanent/full time.
