Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead complex technology projects across the organization. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, along with deep knowledge of project management methodologies and IT systems. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end project management for large-scale IT initiatives (e.g., infrastructure upgrades, software implementations, cloud migrations). Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations. Manage cross-functional teams, including internal staff, vendors, and consultants. Monitor project progress and proactively address risks, issues, and changes. Communicate project status to stakeholders and executive leadership. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, standards, and governance. Facilitate post-project reviews and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field (Master's preferred). 7+ years of experience in IT project management, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role. PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification required. Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies. Experience managing budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet). Preferred Skills: Experience in enterprise-level IT environments. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Knowledge of cybersecurity and data privacy regulations. Change management and organizational development experience. Must have qualifications: Sit onsite in San Diego, CA Must have an Active Secret Clearance
