We’re searching for a dynamic Client Director who will help grow our business both strategically and creatively. You’re culturally aware, have worked in larger agency settings with big accounts, and have a strong point of view on what work you want to see exist in the world.
This role requires hybrid in office in NYC.

- You have 10+ years of account management experience and can effectively manage multidisciplinary projects.
- You're an advocate for our clients’ businesses. You know how to establish a shared vision for success and consistently champion it to keep a project on track.
- You’re a consultant. Your keen business insights and adaptive management style build trust with companies of all sizes. Whether partnering with a founder at a pre-launch startup or a marketing team at a Fortune 500 company, you form opinions on what’s needed for success and adjust your approach accordingly.
- You create order out of the unknown. You have an entrepreneurial mindset and get excited by learning about new categories and developing the right playbook for each client.
- You have a creative perspective. You actively contribute to the creative process and can guide our clients through it, advising how great design can impact their businesses.
