Reporting to the Director of Client Marketing, the Client Loyalty Marketing Manager is a results-oriented B2B marketer, responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance client loyalty and drive business growth. As the Loyalty Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening client engagement by creating and managing campaigns while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful content and programs that resonate with our clients and support their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead creation and execution of monthly newsletters, including identifying content, managing the project across team members and analyzing results.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to understand campaign performance and identify areas for improvement in campaigns and the loyalty program overall.
  • Develop and administer webinars for the Client and Performance Marketing teams, ensuring flawless execution.
  • Work with subject matter experts to compile materials for continuing education certification of content and manage the application process through third party vendor.
  • Collaborate with the Content and Performance Marketing teams to develop email campaigns promoting new content and subscriptions to the loyalty program.
  • Partner with the Performance Marketing team to align on new content development needs.
  • Engage with the Social Media team to promote content and create specialized assets for social channels.
  • Deliver enablement resources to client teams to assist them in effectively promoting new content.
  • Set clear campaign objectives and proactively recommend changes to campaigns as needed.
  • Use project management tool to manage all projects effectively and on time.

Experience and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in B2B Marketing
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Pardot, Hubspot)
  • Experience managing and executing email marketing campaigns
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Ability to effectively build and manage cross-functional relationships
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Analytical skills, with experience in exploring data, drawing conclusions, and creating actionable recommendations
  • Proactive and forward-thinking approach to continuous improvement
  • High proficiency in MS Office

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $69,556.00 - $114,234.05 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 10.00%
