Job Description

Overview

Blend360 is seeking a senior Client Partner to lead one of our most strategic, multi-year transformation engagements for a global professional services company in the mobility and compliance industry. This client, owned by a leading Private Equity sponsor, is undertaking a critical, enterprise-wide modernization program to automate operations, reduce cost, and reinvent its service offerings using agentic and intelligent application technologies.

The Client Partner will act as the CEO of the account – accountable for client success, growth, and profitability. You’ll interface directly with the investors, the Board, and the client’s COO and Global Head of Transformation, orchestrating six Blend360 Agentic PODs aligned to the client’s IT and business teams. This is a board-level transformation mandate with significant visibility and long-term impact.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Account Leadership

  • Serve as the overall executive owner for the engagement – accountable for the client’s success, satisfaction, and Blend360’s P&L.

  • Partner directly with Private Equity investors, Board members, and C-suite executives (COO, CTO, CIO, CHRO) to align on transformation goals, milestones, and outcomes.

  • Translate the client’s business transformation agenda into actionable delivery roadmaps that blend technology, AI/agentic automation, and operational redesign.

  • Drive multi-year account planning, forecasting, and expansion opportunities within the client ecosystem.

2. Financial and Commercial Ownership

  • Own the commercial structure, profitability, and growth targets for the engagement.

  • Ensure disciplined financial management – pipeline health, deal economics, contract renewals, and revenue recognition.

  • Lead renewal and expansion discussions tied to new automation initiatives or product innovations.

3. Executive Relationship Management

  • Operate as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, connecting Blend360’s capabilities to strategic business priorities.

  • Build and sustain C-level trust through transparent communication, thought leadership, and business acumen.

  • Represent Blend360 at all governance forums and transformation steering committees.

4. Delivery Oversight and Transformation Leadership

  • Guide the work of 6 Agentic delivery PODs, ensuring alignment between Blend360 and client IT/application teams.

  • Partner with internal delivery leads to define and measure outcomes around automation, cost reduction, and innovation.

  • Anticipate risks in delivery or stakeholder alignment and lead proactive course corrections.

  • Maintain compliance and governance standards appropriate to a regulated, multi-jurisdictional environment (tax, immigration, payroll, etc.).

5. Growth and Innovation

  • Identify new opportunities for Blend360 to expand its footprint within the client’s modernization program – e.g., new intelligent applications, process digitization, or AI-driven insights.

  • Bring forward-thinking ideas that demonstrate Blend360’s innovation leadership in AI, automation, and digital transformation.

Qualifications

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience & Background

  • 15+ years in client-facing leadership roles in consulting, digital transformation, or technology services firms.

  • Proven success leading $10M+ strategic accounts with multi-year transformation programs and complex stakeholder environments.

  • Experience engaging with Private Equity-backed portfolio companies undergoing major change initiatives is highly desirable.

  • Deep familiarity with enterprise operations, process automation, and AI/agentic technologies.

  • Background in professional services, BPO, or compliance-heavy industries (tax, mobility, HR, finance) preferred.

  • Combination of consulting and client-side experience – able to empathize with internal pressures while driving external outcomes.

Skills & Attributes

  • Executive presence with the ability to influence at Board and C-suite levels.

  • Strong financial acumen and understanding of deal economics and P&L management.

  • Strategic thinker who balances commercial growth and delivery excellence.

  • Skilled in change management, stakeholder alignment, and navigating complex organizations.

  • Entrepreneurial, outcome-oriented, and deeply collaborative.

Why This Role Matters

This is not a typical account management role — it’s a chance to lead a flagship transformation that will redefine a global enterprise’s operating model and deliver measurable enterprise value for investors and management alike. You will be at the intersection of AI innovation, operational transformation, and Private Equity value creation — shaping the future of both the client and Blend360’s standing as a trusted transformation partner.
