The RoleOur Client Services team supports Google-partnered YouTube Creative Readiness programs for some of the world's leading brands. This partnership is designed to transform how brands connect with audiences on YouTube by linking media strategy, audience insight, and creative effectiveness into one seamless, end-to-end process.
As the Client Services Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring these engagements are delivered with excellence and consistency. Sitting at the center of a cross-functional squad (Creative Strategy, Creative Insights, Project Management, Google stakeholders, and agency partners), you will coordinate day-to-day execution, keep stakeholders aligned, and maintain momentum.
This role acts as a strategic execution partner to the Client Partner. While the Client Partner owns the overarching relationship, account strategy, and growth, you will own the operational effectiveness, delivery quality, and day-to-day client experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Support & Relationship Management- Day-to-Day Ownership: Serve as the primary operational contact for assigned programs, ensuring a seamless, responsive, and high-quality client experience.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Build strong relationships across client, agency, Google, and internal teams to keep complex, multi-functional programs moving forward.
- Risk Mitigation: Proactively anticipate delivery risks, bottlenecks, or stakeholder concerns; escalate appropriately and partner on swift solutions.
- Milestone Execution: Drive the successful execution of program milestones, including stakeholder discovery, data diagnostics, creative recommendations, workshops, and wrap-ups.
- Deliverable Pressure-Testing: Review client-facing outputs to ensure data insights and creative recommendations are clear, actionable, and grounded in the client’s specific business goals.
- Marketing Strategy Application: Apply an understanding of creative effectiveness, digital media performance, funnel-stage measurement, and client KPIs to validate team outputs before delivery.
- Team Mobilization: Foster clarity around priorities, responsibilities, and next steps across cross-functional internal and external teams.
- Process Evolution: Identify opportunities to improve engagement delivery, share learnings across accounts, and help scale the Creative Readiness program.
- Client Growth Support: Help clients advance their YouTube maturity by identifying opportunities to improve creative effectiveness, content variety, and production velocity.
- Experience: 5–7 years in Client Services, Account Management, Consulting, or a similar client-facing role within an agency, media, tech, or digital marketing environment.
- Complex Management: Proven track record of managing multi-stakeholder engagements and driving accountability across cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Strategic Eye: Ability to evaluate data insights and creative recommendations, spot gaps, and translate complex information into compelling, client-ready storytelling.
- Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of digital media strategy, creative production workflows, marketing measurement, and performance KPIs.
- Adaptability: Comfort operating in fast-paced, evolving environments where programs and processes are continuously developing.
- Direct experience supporting Google/YouTube media or creative programs.
- Exposure to executive-level stakeholder environments.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled workflows and modern collaboration tools.
- Experience supporting capability-building or digital transformation programs within marketing organizations.
