Job Summary & Responsibilities

The Client Services Director should possess the following required skills:

  1. Work & Industry ExperienceCandidates should have 15+years of solution and delivery experience including work within a Management Consulting Organization. Telecommunication industry experience required.
  2. Location: New York/New Jersey.  Must be able to work onsite at the client location as needed.
  3. Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, Management Information Systems, Technology Management is preferred.
  4. LeadershipProven leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive results. Ability to lead cross-functional and technology teams.
  5. Client Focused, Results-Oriented: A focus on achieving measurable outcomes and delivering high-quality results. Goal-driven mindset with a track record of driving successful customer outcomes.
  6. Strategic ThinkingAbility to think strategically and contribute to the development and execution of integrated technology solutions at scale. Strong problem-solving skills and the capability to align strategies with business goals.
  7. Business AcumenA solid understanding of business operations and the ability to align solutions with market competitiveness. Familiarity with industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  8. Technology KnowledgeFamiliarity with integrated technology solutions, emerging technologies, and their application in a consulting environment.
  9. Collaboration and CommunicationExcellent collaboration skills to work across a matrixed organization with Sales Leads, Solutions Teams, Management Consulting, Engineering Teams, and the Operations team. Effective communication skills to facilitate discussions, build partnerships, and present information clearly and concisely.
  10. Adaptability and FlexibilityThe capability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
  11. Professionalism and Ethics: Upholding professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct in all interactions and decision-making.

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $207,000 to $255,000 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that are not included in the base pay.

 Business Operations

  • Actively manage the solutions portfolio from Sales through Delivery
  • Create and update consistent reporting across all Solutions to accurately represent the business and provide valuable insights.
  • Drive continuous improvement by proactively identifying opportunities for increased efficiencies across processes and tools (e.g., leverage standard processes and template for Proposals, SOW, etc.)

People Developer

  • Coach and mentor team members across the Solutions Consulting & Engineering team to increase skills.

  • Collaborative Partnerships: Join forces with Sales Leads and the SC&E Organization with priority opportunities for improved teaming and increased visibility.
