About the Internship

The Client Advisory team is a core group within Drawbridge, working to provide best-in-class service and support to our clients. As a Client Services Intern, you will be embedded within this team for an 11-week summer program, gaining hands-on exposure to client relationship management, risk advisory, and the day-to-day operations of a leading cybersecurity platform.

The Client Services Intern will report to the Client Service Team Manager. Throughout the program, interns will be assigned a core team project that culminates in a formal presentation to Drawbridge leadership at the end of the summer. This experience is designed to provide meaningful exposure to Drawbridge’s cyber program, client engagement approach, and service delivery model – building a strong foundation for a future career in client services, cybersecurity, or financial services.

In this Role You Will

  • Support the Client Services team in managing case intake, routing, and timely resolution of client inquiries.
  • Assist with validating intake forms, synthesizing client information, and coordinating with internal technical teams.
  • Collaborate with Client Service, Advisory, and Technical teams to support smooth case progression and client satisfaction.
  • Contribute to process optimization initiatives and support workflow review cycles.
  • Help maintain operational documentation, templates, and workflow guidelines used across the Client Services team.
  • Own a defined team project throughout the internship, presenting findings and recommendations to Drawbridge leadership at the end of the program.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and cross-functional initiatives to build your understanding of Drawbridge’s business and cybersecurity advisory services.

You Have

  • Currently enrolled in a college or university degree program (Rising Junior, Senior, or Post-Graduate candidates preferred); majors in Finance, Business, Cybersecurity, or Information Technology are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with a proactive and curious approach to learning.
  • Interest in cybersecurity, financial services, or client advisory; no prior professional experience required.
  • Familiarity with or curiosity about GRC, cybersecurity risk management, or financial services operations is a plus.
  • Previous internship, campus leadership, or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Availability to work in New York City 3 days per week (hybrid) for the duration of the program (June 1 – August 14).
