  • Revenue & Pipeline Tracking- Collaborate with Sales Operations to monitor revenue pipelines and deliver weekly updates that support pacing, forecasting, and leadership decision-making.
  • Timeline & Workflow Oversight- Manage internal calendars and production trackers; ensure deadlines are met and deliverables are clearly communicated across departments.
  • Operational Reporting & Insights- Assist in compiling dashboards and reports for the VP of Events and senior leadership (EVP Marketing, SVP Sales, CRO, CEO), offering visibility into program status and operational performance.
  • Risk Identification & Issue Escalation- Monitor delivery progress and flag delays or blockers to ensure sponsor expectations and revenue targets are met.
  • Financial Coordination & Margin Visibility- Ensure accurate event data is maintained for reporting and margin analysis in partnership with Finance.
  • Market Research Support- Contribute to pricing and packaging strategies by assisting with external research and competitive benchmarking.

The Ideal Candidate Has:

  • 3–5 years of experience in event operations, finance support, project coordination, or media planning
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional workflows and deliverables
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Airtable, or similar CRM/project management tools
  • Analytical mindset with comfort in spreadsheets and data reporting
  • Clear communicator and dependable collaborator
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented approach
  • Familiarity with emerging tools and technologies, including AI platforms, is a plus

  • Base salary: $100,000-$110,000
  • Additional bonus
  • Flexible PTO, 10 paid holidays, and 16 weeks of parental leave
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance plans
