Solidus Labs is seeking a Client Solutions Consultant to join our Professional Services practice and lead our most strategic client deployments. The successful candidate serves as a trusted delivery lead for complex client engagements, balancing strategic oversight with hands-on solution understanding. They are comfortable guiding senior client stakeholders through milestones, risks, and trade-offs, while also partnering closely with technical teams to ensure solutions are implemented accurately, on time, and in line with client expectations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys orchestrating multiple workstreams in a capital markets context, translating client objectives into executable plans, and ensuring that Solidus’ category-defining Trade Surveillance and AI-driven compliance solutions are delivered smoothly and confidently.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Stakeholder Leadership

  • Lead end-to-end program delivery for client implementations, including planning, milestone management, risk tracking, and scope prioritization.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client stakeholders, providing clear updates on progress, dependencies, and decision points.
  • Guide clients through implementation approaches and best practices, helping them understand how solutions align with business, compliance, and operational objectives.
  • Coordinate across internal teams and external stakeholders (exchanges, brokers, asset managers, regulators) to maintain alignment and momentum across parallel workstreams.
  • Build client confidence by ensuring expectations are well-set, communication is proactive, and delivery outcomes are predictable.

Solution Planning & Enablement

  • Translate client requirements into clear implementation plans, balancing client needs with delivery timelines, cost considerations, and internal standards.
  • Oversee definition of data workflows and integration approaches, ensuring inputs, outputs, and responsibilities are clearly understood across teams.
  • Review solution configurations and outputs to ensure they meet agreed-upon objectives, supporting client sign-off and acceptance.
  • Contribute to client-facing documentation and readouts that explain solution behavior, assumptions, and outcomes in clear, non-technical language.

Delivery Oversight & Issue Management

  • Partner with engagement managers and delivery leads to ensure successful execution of trade surveillance and transaction monitoring programs.
  • Track and manage delivery risks, escalating and coordinating resolution of issues related to data quality, workflow alignment, or implementation dependencies.
  • Facilitate root-cause discussions across internal product, engineering, and client teams, helping drive practical remediation and closure.
  • Ensure issues are resolved, validated, and clearly communicated to clients, with appropriate documentation and follow-through.

Requirements

Experience & Background

  • 7+ years of experience delivering complex technology or data-driven solutions in capital markets, financial services, or digital assets.
  • Prior experience in a professional services, consulting, or technology delivery role (e.g., Big 4, boutique consultancy with enterprise implementation experience, or enterprise SaaS provider).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders within structured delivery programs.

Client & Communication Skills

  • Strong client-facing presence, with the ability to lead discussions, manage expectations, and navigate competing priorities.
  • Clear, structured communicator who can translate technical concepts into business-relevant language for non-technical audiences.
  • Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders across business, compliance, and technology functions.

Technical Fluency (Supportive, Not Primary)

  • Working familiarity with data integrations and implementation patterns (e.g., APIs, file-based feeds, streaming or batch workflows).
  • General understanding of capital markets or trading system workflows (e.g., order lifecycle, execution, post-trade processing).
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, review outputs, and ask the right questions to ensure delivery quality.

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to trade surveillance, transaction monitoring, or compliance technology implementations.
  • Familiarity with market data concepts, order management systems, or pre-/post-trade workflows.
  • Awareness of digital asset or blockchain data concepts.
  • Comfort working with SQL-based analysis or data validation (hands-on expertise not required).
  • Experience coordinating delivery across cloud-based or data-platform environments.

Why This Role Matters

This role is critical to ensuring that complex client engagements translate into real, delivered value. By providing strong delivery leadership, clear communication, and thoughtful coordination across teams, the Solution Consultant ensures that Solidus Labs’ clients are not just onboarded—but are set up for long-term success with confidence in both the solution and the partnership.
