The Role
As Client Success Manager, you will own a dedicated book of business, serving as the primary point of contact for clients from onboarding through renewal and expansion. You will be the driving force behind client retention and growth, combining relationship management with a commercial mindset to help clients get the most value out of their partnership with the company.
What You'll Do
- Own the full client relationship for an assigned book of business, including renewals, expansion, and long-term retention
- Proactively monitor account health, flag churn risk early, and partner cross-functionally to resolve it
- Lead regular business reviews to align on client goals, priorities, and opportunities for growth
- Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your client base
- Serve as the go-to point of contact for your accounts, ensuring fast, thoughtful, and consistent responsiveness
- Build long-term champions who advocate for the business through referrals, case studies, and reviews
- Collaborate closely with sales, delivery, and leadership to support client success and drive outcomes
- Maintain accurate account and pipeline records in the company's CRM
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in a Customer/Client Success, Account Management, or client relationship role
- Experience with Sage Intacct ERP strongly preferred software strongly preferred
- A proactive, high-energy approach with excellent follow-through and attention to detail
- Comfortable operating in a commercially minded role where retention and growth are part of your success metrics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging clients at all levels
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
