Job Description

The Client Support Representative serves as the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and visitors, providing professional and courteous service while supporting daily office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and route incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Greet clients, vendors, and visitors in a warm and welcoming manner.
  • Accurately document and update information in the firm's systems.
  • Perform general administrative and clerical tasks as assigned.
  • Provide front desk coverage as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception and common areas.
  • Follow first-call resolution standards to ensure a positive client experience.
  • Participate in training and remain current on firm processes, procedures, and service standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer and data entry skills.
  • Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented.
  • Must be able to work onsite five (5) days per week in our New York office located at 535 Fifth Avenue, New York, NY.
  • Legal experience is not required. Candidates with customer service, call center, administrative, hospitality, healthcare customer service, or similar client-facing experience are encouraged to apply.
