About Movn Health
Movn Health is the leading virtual cardiac rehab program: our proven program helps patients recover at home, on their schedule, with outcomes that match in-person rehab and $10,000+ in savings per patient. Our goal is to grow access to rehab within our provider and payer partners to improve and extend the lives of our patients. That's where you come in. You'll be our person on the ground across upstate New York and Western Massachusetts - visiting cardiology practices, hospitals, and provider offices to build awareness, drive referrals, and troubleshoot stalled referrals.
What You'll Do- Optimize and increase referrals in our partner locations to grow our impact and revenues
- Visit cardiology practices, hospital cardiac units, and primary care offices on a regular circuit across Upstate New York and Massachusetts
- Introduce our program to physicians, nurses, and care coordinators, and become the familiar face they associate with Movn
- Troubleshoot on-site when referrals slow down or patients aren't enrolling — find where the process breaks and help fix it
- Report back what you hear in the field: objections, workflow friction, coverage questions
- Make presentations to our partners to educate them on the Movn program and answer questions or roadblocks
- Clinically conversant - RN, LPN, exercise physiologist, MA, paramedic/EMT, cardiac rehab or telemetry tech, or a health-science degree.
- Background - Past experience of troubleshooting and increasing patient flow in an organization
- Naturally social - you enjoy walking into a new office and winning people over. Persistent, not pushy.
- A sharp, self-directed problem-solver - you manage your own schedule and dig into issues before asking for help.
- Mobile - requires a reliable car, valid license, and comfort with regular day travel.
- Your clinical background becomes your superpower. You'll use it to open doors and win trust with cardiology teams — without working nights, weekends, or shifts.
- Real flexibility. 20–40 hours a week, you set your own schedule and route. Built for someone returning to the workforce, in school, or done with desk jobs and shift work.
- Direct impact you can see. Every practice you activate means more patients completing rehab and staying out of the hospital — and you'll watch your referral numbers prove it.
- A path, not a dead end. Full paid training, bonus upside tied to your results, and contract-to-hire: strong performers convert to a full-time role as we grow.
- You're the founder of your territory. You're trusted to figure out what works and tell us what needs fixing.
- Mileage and approved expenses are reimbursed; paid training is provided.
