As a Clinical Informatics Manager at Regard, you’ll bridge the worlds of clinical practice and technology to help improve our AI-powered Proactive Documentation platform. You’ll leverage your clinical expertise and analytical strengths to drive projects that improve how our platform ingests and interprets EHR data, supports accurate diagnoses, and delivers meaningful insights to clinicians.

About Regard
Our mission is to bring world-class healthcare to everyone. Regard is an AI-powered Proactive Documentation platform that advances how care is delivered by reviewing all patient data in the EHR to recommend diagnoses and surface clinical evidence. Regard drafts a note even before the physician sees the patient, enabling an approach that gets documentation right at the point of care - we call it Proactive Documentation. This improves quality of care, reduces physician burden, and improves hospital finances. We are excited by challenges, mission-oriented work, and meaningful relationships. We work closely with some of the top health systems in the country and are leading the change that healthcare - one of the largest and most inefficient industries in the world - needs. We want you to join us.
Responsibilities:
- Own and execute clinical-product initiatives in alignment with direction from the CMIO
- Act as a subject matter expert for Product and Engineering, translating clinical requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications
- Manage workflows related to data mapping, testing, and validation for both new and existing health system integrations
- Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to identify opportunities for workflow optimization and quality improvements
- Support development and QA of new diagnostic modules by reviewing model outputs and clinical logic
- Contribute to documentation and training materials for internal and external partners
Minimum Qualifications:
- Clinician (PA-C, NP, CNS, or RN) with active licensure and 5+ years of clinical experience
- Experience working with Epic or Cerner.
- Strong project management and organizational skills; with the ability to prioritize and drive multiple workstreams concurrently
- Self-starter with the ability to learn new technical tools and data systems
- Excellent communication skills and proven success collaborating across clinical, technical, and business teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Health Informatics, Data Science, or a related field
- Experience in a clinical operations or informatics leadership role interfacing with hospital or health system stakeholders
- Familiarity with Python, SQL, JavaScript, or similar tools for data validation and analysis
- Previous experience working in a health technology or SaaS environment
