ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Support the provisioning, configuration, and maintenance of cloud and infrastructure resources across multiple environments.
  • Monitor system health, availability, and performance and assist in troubleshooting infrastructure-related issues.
  • Support cloud deployments, environment builds, and infrastructure integrations.
  • Assist with Kubernetes-based platform administration and containerized environments.
  • Participate in system maintenance activities, including patching, updates, and configuration management.
  • Support infrastructure automation and Infrastructure-as-Code initiatives.
  • Assist with incident response, root cause analysis, and operational support activities.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and configuration records.
  • Collaborate with DevOps, Security, Application Development, and Operations teams to support platform stability and environment readiness.
  • Apply cloud engineering best practices to improve reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: 

  • 3+ years of experience in cloud engineering, infrastructure engineering, systems administration, or related technical roles.
  • Experience supporting cloud-based and enterprise infrastructure environments.
  • Experience with Kubernetes or container orchestration platforms.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure architecture, networking, storage, and compute concepts.
  • Experience troubleshooting infrastructure and cloud-related issues.
  • Familiarity with automation, scripting, or Infrastructure-as-Code concepts.
  • Experience working within Agile teams and operational support environments.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
  • Candidates must have lived in the United States 3 out of the past 5 years

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: 

  • Experience supporting CMS, Federal Government, or healthcare systems.
  • Experience with AWS cloud services.
  • Experience with container platforms such as Kubernetes, OpenShift, or Docker.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
  • Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
  • Experience with cloud monitoring, logging, and observability solutions.
  • Familiarity with cloud security and identity management concepts.

EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
