The Opportunity

We are looking for a highly entrepreneurial, highly passionate talent agent to join us as a co-founder and drive the talent representation agency side of Wavelength.

This is not a job where you inherit a finished machine. You will own the strategy, the roster and the results of a core division of the business, with the backing of an established network, brand relationships and commercial infrastructure already in place. You will shape how we sign, represent and grow creators and athletes, and how that talent turns into revenue for them and for us.

If you have spent 1-2 years inside a creator agency or talent management company and know you can build something bigger than a seat on someone else's roster, this is the step up.

Location: London office, Remote/Hybrid (UK, USA, Europe)
Working model: Full time/Part time flexible
Compensation: Partner equity to be agreed with the right person

Here is what you will be doing

Talent Scouting & Signing

  • Identify and sign creators, athletes and social publishers who can build real commercial value.

  • Build a pipeline of emerging and established talent across our core niches.

  • Pitch Wavelength's representation offers and close talent onto the roster.

  • Develop a clear point of view on which talent categories and platforms we should back.

  • Manage all incoming talent representation enquiries (we receive 8-15 inbound requests daily).

Talent Representation & Management

  • Act as the day-to-day commercial lead for your roster, building long term relationships with each talent and their teams

  • Plan career and revenue strategy for each talent, from brand deals and licensing to content, events and new platforms

  • Negotiate brand partnerships, sponsorships, ambassador deals and appearance fees

  • Manage contracts, rate cards, deliverables and payments alongside the Wavelength team

  • Protect talent reputation and make sure partnerships are authentic and on brand

Agency Growth & Business Development

  • Work with brands, media agencies and marketing teams to place Wavelength talent in high impact campaigns

  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of brand opportunities for the roster

  • Work with the campaign and production teams to deliver creator led work end to end

  • Track performance, report results and use the data to grow existing relationships

  • Help shape the commercial model, pricing and growth plan for the agency

Building the Business

  • Help define the culture, structure and operating model of the talent division as it scales

  • Recruit and lead future talent managers and agents as the roster grows

  • Represent Wavelength at events, industry meetings and with senior brand contacts

What Wavelength Brings

You will not be starting from zero. We provide:

  • Access to Wavelength's network of creators, athletes and publishers and the reach of UNREEL and our social channels

  • Established brand, media and agency relationships built over 30+ years

  • Campaign, production and event capability in house.

  • Pitch materials, case studies and commercial assets.

  • Contract, legal and finance support.

  • Founder level backing and a seat at the table on strategy

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone early in their career with big ambition. You should have one to two years of experience in a creator agency or talent management company and the hunger to build rather than simply work.

Desired professional background

  • Creator agency or influencer marketing

  • Talent management or athlete representation

  • Brand partnerships and sponsorship

  • Social media, media or entertainment

  • Agency business development

We are particularly interested in individuals who can demonstrate:

  • An entrepreneurial mindset and a genuine wish to build a business, not just hold a job

  • Real passion for creators, culture, social platforms and the creator economy

  • A strong eye for emerging talent and an understanding of what makes a creator commercially valuable

  • Experience negotiating or supporting brand deals, contracts and rate cards

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to earn the trust of talent and senior brand contacts

  • Self-direction, resilience and the energy to open doors without waiting to be asked

  • Ability to identify opportunities rather than simply respond to them

  • A network in the creator, talent or brand world, even if it is still growing

Applying

We are looking for entrepreneurs and builders, not employees. Apply through the portal or send your CV and cover letter to us ([email protected]) with the following:

  • A summary of your experience in a creator agency or talent management, including a link to your LinkedIn profile

  • An overview of the creators, athletes or brands you have worked with or have strong relationships with

  • Examples of brand deals, partnerships or talent signings you have personally developed and closed

  • Three creators or athletes you would sign tomorrow and why

  • Why you want to be a co-founder and what you would build in the first 12 months

Why Wavelength?

The creator economy has produced an enormous amount of valuable talent, audience and cultural influence, and much of it is still under represented and under monetised. Wavelength sits at the intersection of creators, audiences, brands, media and commercial partnerships. For the right person, this is the chance to build and lead a talent business from the ground floor, with a real stake in what it becomes.
