Job description
The Co-Investment team is composed of 25 professionals in New York, Paris, London and Beijing.
The Intern will be deeply integrated with the close-knit New York team, and responsible for a wide range of tasks. The Intern will work with the team on:
Monitoring of US deal flow, and market research on potentially actionable opportunities
Analysis of ongoing transactions (memo writing, financial modelling, industry research, expert calls)
Monitoring of existing portfolio companies
Drafting materials for weekly team meetings and bi-monthly global team meetings
Required Skills
Desire to learn, teachable, and strives to deliver high quality work
Deep understanding of corporate finance principles and how to analyze investment opportunities
Self-motivated
Strong Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
Strong writing and memo-drafting skills
Organized
Strong analytical mindset
Profile
Available to work on a full-time basis
Some level of corporate finance training, whether through school or a prior internship in banking or other financial institutions
Familiarity working with international teams and across cultures is a plus
Fluent in English
