As the College Partnership Operations Director, you will serve as a project manager and implementation lead for the enrollment services that are sold, requiring ongoing communication with the campus enrollment staff and College Raptor Account Executives to construct and continuously ensure successful deliverables to clients. These services include a next-generation net price calculator, InsightFA®, FinanceFirst®, predictive modeling, financial aid leveraging, and student lead generation services.
Primary responsibilities include
- Communication with clients to gather the necessary information to deliver contracted services.
- Work with clients and internal staff to implement products and services.
- Track implementation and collaborate with colleagues to ensure successful implementation.
- Enhance current products and services and assist in the development of new enrollment services.
Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials
- Bachelor's Degree required; Graduate Degree preferred
- Demonstrated success in enrollment management (assistant director or above in admissions, financial aid, enrollment management at an accredited higher education institution and/or a higher education consulting firm)
- Demonstrated high-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with data modeling software
- Project management expertise to ensure customers are receiving high level care and quality deliverables
Hours & Work Schedule
- Hours per Week: 40
- Work Schedule: 8 am - 5 pm but will vary due to job requirements and limited travel
Pay Transparency
The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
