Job OverviewWe are seeking a driven and dynamic Commercial Account Executive to support our sales efforts, engage with potential clients, and help grow our customer base. The ideal candidate has a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and a desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
*Ideal candidates MUST be located in New York City or Los Angeles metro areas.
ResponsibilitiesAssist in identifying, researching, and qualifying prospective customers navigating business closures
Support the sales team in managing the sales pipeline and tracking key metrics.
Provide product demonstrations and educate potential clients on our solutions.
Support deal progression by managing follow-ups, next steps, and customer questions
Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
Gather and report customer feedback to help refine sales strategies and product development.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and client needs.
Legal background, understanding of M&A, corporate law, or accounting experience (preferred but not necessary)
2 - 4+ years sales experience in SaaS/Startup environment; in Legal-tech, Fintech, HR-tech.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage multiple priorities.
Comfortable conducting outreach and engaging with potential clients.
Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce (preferred but not required).
Enthusiastic, goal-oriented, and eager to learn in a startup environment.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Compensation: Total package of $150,000 - $170,000 (this includes base pay and variable compensation)
