We're looking for an Account Manager to join our expanding Commercial team here in NYC! About The Role:

  • The Commercial Account Manager will be responsible for generating revenue from paying customers to achieve sales quotas. 
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of monday.com’s value propositions and connect that knowledge directly to key stakeholders. 
  • Proactively own and manage a portfolio of our early adopter paying accounts and focus on leveraging their initial success to generate broader expansion opportunities
  • Build and identify opportunity signals and drive additional revenue streams (up-sell, cross-sell, etc.).
  • Consult with customers on their internal processes and challenge leaders to drive change across their organization.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience. A focus on upsells, cross-sells, and expansion opportunities is required
  • Experience in a high volume/high velocity sales role required
  • Own the full sales cycle from identifying expansion opportunities to building the relationships with key stakeholders to negotiation and contracting
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with ability to establish credibility with decision makers and stakeholders
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive attitude, empathy, and high energy!
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent, relevant work experience

Please note that this role is on a hybrid model of 3 days/week in our NYC office.

For New York City-based hires only: Compensation Range: $84,000-$114,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Company’s plans and in accordance with Company’s policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.
