Responsibilities:
- Trade spend management
- Financial forecasting, budgeting, risk reporting and commercial reporting
- Leading internal initiatives to enhance existing reporting processes and develop new ones
- Sell out data & business analysis
- Preparation of presentations
- Pricing & Promo management
- Support year/month-end closing processes
- Back Office support
- Business partnering with other departments - finance, sales, marketing
- Right hand of CZ finance manager
- Work in SAP and other related systems
Requirements:
Must have:
- Advanced excel, Power Point
- A combination of attention to detail, diligence and the ability to see the broader context
- A strong delivery focus and ability to work independently with variety of stakeholders and external authorities
- Strong analytical skills and structured way of thinking
- Team player
- Careful and responsible
- Thrives in high-growth, fast-paced environments
- Fluent in English and Czech/Slovak, both spoken and written
- University degree in Finance or Economics, Business, Data Analytics or a related field
