Job DescriptionAs an Commercial Finance Manager, you drive commercial performance across all channels through thoughtful analysis of key retail KPIs, strong financial planning, and close collaboration with business teams. Acting as a trusted commercial partner, you support data‑driven decision making and help translate performance insights into meaningful actions.
Operating with broad accountability, this role shapes sales planning and trading priorities, supports forecasting and budgeting accuracy, and ensures commercial performance aligns with the wider business strategy. Through a strong understanding of omni‑channel dynamics, you help the organisation balance growth, profitability, and long‑term performance.
Key Responsabilities:
- Own sales planning, forecasting, and budgeting across all channels and markets, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business goals
- Monitor and analyse commercial performance against budget, forecast, and historical benchmarks
- Deliver clear omni‑channel sales and trading analysis, including sales, margin, discounting, returns, conversion, and traffic
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and financial models that provide visibility into key retail KPIs
- Partner closely with Buying, Merchandising, E‑commerce, and Operations teams to support informed commercial decisions
- Support scenario planning and strategic initiatives, identifying risks and opportunities to drive sustainable growth

What you need to Succeed
- Demonstrates a strong sense of ownership and accountability, taking responsibility for outcomes and decisions
- Acts as a trusted partner, communicating clearly and collaboratively to support informed, data‑driven decision making
- Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Proven experience in sales controlling, commercial analysis, or financial planning, ideally within retail or omni‑channel environments
- Strong understanding of retail KPIs across sales, margin, discounting, conversion, traffic, and returns
- Confident in sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking across channels and markets
- Advanced Excel skills, with experience using reporting or BI tools to turn data into clear insights
- Comfortable working cross‑functionally with Buying, Merchandising, E‑commerce, and Operations teams

- This is a full time permanent contract based at our Regioal Office in New York City

Compensation: $115,500-$140,000
