About the Role

In this role, you’ll support our Commercial Lines Account Managers in servicing a diverse book of business. You’ll be an essential part of ensuring our clients receive top-tier service, helping keep accounts running smoothly and efficiently. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, motivated, and eager to learn the commercial insurance side of the industry.

 
What You’ll Do
  • Partner with Account Managers to service and support commercial insurance accounts

  • Prepare proposals, renewals, certificates of insurance, and other client deliverables

  • Process endorsements, policy changes, and required documentation

  • Communicate with clients, underwriters, and carriers to gather information and resolve issues

  • Maintain accurate records in the agency management system

  • Assist with daily administrative tasks to support account service workflows

 
What You Bring
  • Current California Property & Casualty Insurance License

  • 3-5 years of insurance office experience

  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills

  • Clear, professional verbal and written communication

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team
