The Role

We are seeking a Commercial Operations Analyst to join our team in Tbilisi (Visa sponsorship available). This role will support the commercial team in building scalable processes, managing client pipelines, and ensuring smooth operations as we expand globally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support commercial reporting and prepare insights for the leadership team to guide decision-making.

  • Assist in the client onboarding process, coordinating across internal teams to ensure a smooth experience.

  • Track and maintain the commercial pipeline, ensuring accurate records of client opportunities.

  • Manage and optimize CRM workflows to improve visibility and efficiency.

  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives, identifying ways to streamline commercial operations.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business development activities.

Requirements
  • Prior experience in commercial, operations, or analytical roles is strongly preferred.

  • Previous experience working in startups or fast-paced environments is strongly preferred.

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, familiarity with CRM tools and utilising AI tools and automation software (Make, n8n) to create systems.

  • Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages a plus).

  • Knowledge of digital assets and cryptocurrency is a plus, but not required.

  • Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment.
