We seek a motivated Commercial Operations Intern to join our dynamic US Roadshow Team at AMBOSS for our peak sales season from mid-June to the end of September.

As a Commercial Operations Intern, you will be supporting the team at the forefront of introducing healthcare education to medical students. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting end-to-end internal sales processes, including event operations, group discount administration, and handling packaging and shipping of merchandise packages. As a Commercial Operations Intern, you’ll support the team during our busiest sales season and contribute to helping medical students prepare for their exams more effectively. You will:
  • Drive seamless execution of all pre- and post-event logistics to power our Roadshow success.

  • Expand our campus presence by activating student communities and digital channels.

  • Strengthen our on-campus visibility through ensuring smooth communication, materials management, and shipping logistics.

  • Own inbound leads and sponsorship coordination.

  • Act as the operational bridge between Roadshow and Marketing, localizing campaigns, aligning performance efforts, and supporting a cohesive social media strategy.

  • Build and maintain scalable systems (sign-ups, shops, access codes, cohort tracking) to support data-driven growth and operational excellence.

You bring:
  • Enrolled or recently graduated from a Bachelor's program.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • High level of organizational and detail-oriented skills to be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work cross-functionally with different teams and departments in a dynamic workplace.

  • Familiarity with software tools (e.g., HubSpot, Looker/Metabase, Asana, Google Sheets) is a plus.

  • A hunger for impact and a growth mindset.

The annual salary for this position is $45,000, and the contract will be pro-rated for 3 months.
