Who We Are

At Yuno, we are building the payment infrastructure that allows all companies to participate in the global market. Founded by seasoned experts from the payments and tech industries, our technology provides access to leading payment capabilities, enabling companies to engage customers confidently and maintain global operations through seamless integrations.

We empower high-performing teams at brands like InDrive, McDonald's, Rappi, and Viva Aerobus to integrate over 1,000 payment methods via a single API. By leveraging advanced AI and the latest technologies, we orchestrate smart routing and fraud prevention across 80+ countries.

About The Role

We are looking for a Financial Services Growth Manager to join our growing Europe team. You will own a portfolio of strategic partners, --acquirers, alternative payment methods (APMs), banks, and fraud & risk providers- and turn those relationships into revenue: qualified merchant pipeline into Yuno, joint go-to-market with the partner, and direct commercial opportunities where the partner itself becomes a Yuno customer.

This is a commercial role, not a relationship-maintenance one. You will be measured on pipeline sourced, deals unlocked, and revenue converted.

Your contribution will be

Partner portfolio ownership

  • Own end-to-end relationships with a defined portfolio of European partners and act as their primary commercial point of contact.

  • Build and maintain joint account plans with each strategic partner: shared merchant target lists, named opportunities, agreed cadence.

  • Track portfolio health on commercial terms — live volume, sourced pipeline, revenue share earned, opportunities in flight — and act where a partnership is not producing.

Lead generation and co-selling

  • Source qualified leads through the partner network against a quarterly target, working the partner's own merchant base and commercial teams.

  • Run joint pipeline sessions with partner sales teams to surface merchants where Yuno unlocks a deal the partner cannot close alone.

  • Build referral and co-sell rails with partners, including shared incentive structures and clear routing of leads in both directions.

  • Design and execute joint go-to-market campaigns — co-marketing, joint events, account-based pushes on named targets.

  • Work with Yuno's sales teams so partner-sourced leads convert, and stay accountable through to close.

Upselling Yuno to partners

  • Identify and develop commercial opportunities where the partner is the buyer: acquiring banks, wallets, and fintechs adopting Yuno's technology,, including orchestration, smart routing, value-added services - such as tokenization, account updater, authentication and third party integrations.

  • Own and advance commercial cycle on these opportunities, from identification to demo stage, with the ability to convert end-to-end, with specialized support on complex deals.

  • Negotiate agreements, revenue-share models, and commercial terms alongside legal and finance.

  • Expand existing partnerships beyond their original scope — new markets, new products, new business lines.

Market and cross-functional

  • Feed commercial and market requirements back into Product so the roadmap reflects what wins deals in Europe.

  • Provide intelligence on competitive dynamics, partner capabilities, and Brazilian and Europe payment trends.

  • Represent Yuno at industry events and convert that presence into pipeline.

  • Run QBRs and joint planning sessions focused on pipeline and revenue commitments.

Skills You Need

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of proven experience in partnerships, business development, or  commercial roles within the payments, fintech, or financial services industry.

  • Evidence of carrying and hitting a commercial number in a partnership or BD context: pipeline sourced, deals closed, or revenue share delivered. Bring the figures.

  • Experience selling to payment providers or banks, not only through them.

  • Demonstrated track record of independently managing strategic partner relationships with acquirers, payment processors, APMs, banks, or fraud solution providers - including commercial negotiations with senior and C-level stakeholders.

  • Deep experience in the Brazilian payments market is required, including familiarity with the local acquiring landscape, Pix, and industry standards (e.g., ABECS norms).

  • Strong understanding of the payments value chain, including acquiring, issuing, scheme networks, and alternative payment methods.

  • Ability to operate with high autonomy in ambiguity: identify opportunities, structure the approach, and convert into signed deals with minimal supervision.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level counterparts.

  • Ability to manage multiple strategic relationships simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Data-driven mindset with ability to define, track, and report on partnership KPIs.

  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Legal, and Commercial teams.

  • Based in Brazil (São Paulo is preferred).

  • Native or fluent Portuguese speaker; professional proficiency in English is required.

  • Spanish is preferred as candidates will support European-facing partnerships.
