Kenvue is currently recruiting for: Commercial Quality Senior Executive. This position reports into Commercial Quality Head Indonesia & Philippines and is based at Jakarta head office.

What You Will Do

 

The Commercial Quality Senior Executive is responsible for end-to-end Quality & Compliance product lifecycle management across the assigned product portfolio, including OTC and Rx drug products, Listerine, Carefree, and Clean & Clear Oil Control Film. The role serves as the Halal Supervisor, leading the maintenance and continuous improvement of the Local Operating Company’s (LOC) Halal Product Assurance System (HPAS), and acts as the Technical Responsible Person (TRP) for Medical Devices.

The Commercial Quality Senior Executive, together with the supervisor, plans, coordinates, and directs quality assurance programs designed to ensure effective and consistent processes in accordance with established standards.

The role reports to Commercial Quality Lead Indonesia & Philippines.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the Certified Halal Supervisor responsible for the end-to-end implementation HPAS for the LOC and for overseeing its implementation across all halal-certified sites, including internal manufacturing and external manufacturing facilities; responsibilities also include conducting halal assessments of materials that may impact all brands and products proposed for introduction into manufacturing facilities, and supporting the submission and approval process
  • Monitor, manage, and document activities related to the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) such as Quality System Management Review, Escalations, Document Control, Record Management, Change Control, Non-conformance, and Field Action including the deployment of related Quality System platforms
  • Represent Quality in cross-functional project teams to ensure new product launches and trade customization activities are commercialized and released on time, right the first time, and in compliance with global procedures and requirements covering authorization for product release, promotions, purchasing controls, artwork, trade samples, marketing activities, first article and finished goods inspections
  • Fulfil the quality functional responsibilities in the overall complaints vigilance system by ensuring compliance to complaints vigilance procedures, field sample retrieval, partnering with the Consumer Care Center and cross-functional team in dealing with consumers, and market trends analysis
  • Support the Audit and Inspection Management program of the LOC by participating in the trainings of the local organization on conduct of audits, act as auditee on assigned subjects/topics of the audit, complete deliverables in audit action plans and ensure that all requirements of the global procedure are complied with

Required Qualifications

  • Five (5) to ten (10) years of experience in the Quality function within Consumer Health, Pharmaceuticals, or Medical Devices industry 
  • Bachelor’s degree in science (Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Microbiology, Chemistry)
  • Good knowledge of Good Distribution Practices (GDP), ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and other international standards
  • Certified Halal Supervisor (Penyelia Halal) and Certified auditor (will be an advantage)
  • Fluency in English language 

Preferred Skills

  • Good knowledge of Good Distribution Practices (GDP), ISO9001, ISO13485 and other international standards
  • Certified Lead Auditor, ISO 9001, or ISO 13845 (will be plus point)
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in quality, ability to handle multiple projects
