Commercial Sales Coordinator- HVAC Products | Carrier Enterprise | Syracuse / West Caldwell / Manhattan


This position is currently a hybrid - working in the office 3 days a week, 2 days at home.

Payrate: $20/hr. -28/hr.

Job Summary:

  • To supply support to Commercial Sales, and sales in general with processing but not limited to all aspects of order entry, i.e. sending PO’s to all manufacturers.
  • Working with manufacturers to ensure orders are placed and shipped in a timely manner.
  • Update sales as well as customers with order acknowledgments, po’s, and anything else pertaining to the specific job/order entered
  • Working with all departments within CE and manufacturers to ensure orders are placed correctly and billed correctly.
  • Keeping all paperwork pertaining to jobs over 50k secured to ensure all documents can be supplied after the job is completed.
  • Order entry and engaging in order/project management for Commercial Sales
  • Provide post-sales support to Internal and External customers
  • Track shipments and logistics to customer job sites on the sale of commercial equipment
  • Interfacing with other departments, the manufacturer as well as the customer on outstanding orders to ensure accurate processing of open PO orders based on commercial project timelines.
  • Establish and maintain good relations with customers by providing prompt and courteous service.

 

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent with three (3) years' experience
  • AA/AS degree with 2 years' experience preferred.
