SageSure is seeking an experienced and proactive Manager of Product Growth and Advocacy to lead our product expansion initiatives across Commercial lines. This leader will be responsible for driving product adoption, advocacy, and growth, working directly with leaders of the Commercial business units to set strategic direction and ensure alignment. This role is responsible for building and driving advocacy, understanding, and adoption of our Commercial products across the GTM Regional Teams. The Manager will work closely with the Commercial team and Marketing Strategist to create and execute strategic plans, track performance metrics, provide actionable insights, and proactively recommend improvements to achieve desired outcomes. 

What you’d be doing: 

  • Leading Advocacy and Driving Adoption 
  • Lead a team and drive understanding and adoption of Commercial products within the GTM Regional Teams. 
  • Champion Commercial initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to build advocacy for these products. 
  • Proactively Engage in Strategic Planning and Execution 
  • Partner with the Commercial team, GTM Regional Teams, and Marketing Strategist to develop comprehensive strategic plans. 
  • Translate strategic plans into GTM action plans that ensure alignment across regions and foster a collaborative execution approach. 
  • Track performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement. 
  • Prioritize Field Engagement Opportunities That Move the Business 
  • Identify and prioritize strategic field activities, including tradeshow attendance and agency/partner visits, in partnership with GTM teams. 
  • Actively represent SageSure’s Commercial initiatives during these events to foster strong relationships with agencies and partners. 
  • Seek Producer Insights and Research To Enhance Decision Making 
  • Partner with the CX and GTM teams to research and maintain individual producer engagement to ensure our product offerings align with market demands. 
  • Provide insight and collaborate with the Commercial team on producer needs, feedback, and market sentiment. 

We’re looking for someone who has: 

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in GTM, sales, product growth, or market expansion roles, with a proven track record in strategic planning and execution, ideally within insurance or financial services. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree or MBA strongly preferred. 
  • Demonstrated experience leading strategic product advocacy efforts and collaborating with senior business unit leaders to drive shared accountability and measurable results. 
  • Extensive expertise in executive-level event prioritization and field engagement, including high-stakes tradeshow and partner engagements. 
  • Strategic Vision and Leadership: A proactive leader with the ability to inspire and align business unit leaders and cross-functional teams around shared goals and a unified product vision. 
  • Exceptional Relationship Building and Influence: With a strong executive presence, you build and maintain effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, fostering trust and alignment. 
  • Tactical Excellence and Accountability: Skilled in transforming strategic GTM plans into strategic initiatives, you set high standards for execution and hold yourself and your team accountable to achieve them. 
  • Agility and Resilience: You navigate complex challenges with resilience, pivoting strategies to stay ahead of market dynamics and maintain a competitive advantage. 
  • Data-Driven and Insightful: Leveraging data-driven insights, you proactively recommend enhancements to strategies, products, and execution to ensure consistent growth and advocacy results. 

 Highly preferred candidates also have: 

  • 7years of leadership experience in GTM, sales, growth, or market expansion roles 
  • Experience working with Business Intelligence tools such as Domo, PowerBI and/or Tableau. 
  • Salesforce Experience 
  • Insurance Certification 
  • Experience in E&S and small to medium commercial products.
