About the Role

Digital Spaghetti is seeking a passionate and strategic Community Manager to help grow our new Patreon community. In this role, you will work closely with both the Digital Spaghetti team and the Patreon product team to develop and execute a best-in-class community experience—one that not only engages existing fans but also serves as a flagship example of how creators can thrive on Patreon.

Key ResponsibilitiesCommunity Engagement
  • Serve as the first point of contact for community interactions across Patreon, YouTube, and social platforms, including chats, DMs, and comments.

  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaged community culture.

  • Enforce and keep up-to-date community guidelines.

  • Publish episode drops, community initiatives, short-form content, and other social assets.

  • Encourage audience participation and cultivate a sense of belonging among members.

Strategy & Production
  • Develop, test, and iterate a community publishing strategy that drives growth, engagement, and conversions to Patreon.

  • Create and manage a publishing schedule across platforms.

  • Ensure all Patreon posts meet Digital Spaghetti’s creative standards, brand voice, and quality bar.

  • Collaborate with the supervising producer and shorts producer to align cross-promotion efforts and drive traffic to Patreon.

  • Work with the Patreon product team to adopt and showcase best practices for creator success.

  • Write posts, descriptions, and newsletters–helping to develop the Digital Spaghetti brand voice

  • Work with editors and designers to create assets. Ideal candidates will also have basic photoshop and design skills to create low-lift assets.

Community Insights & Experience
  • Test and document free-media strategies that convert broader audiences into Patreon members.

  • Gather, synthesize, and report community feedback to help inform product iteration and internal strategy.

  • Maintain and improve all community-facing materials

What We’re Looking For
  • Experience building online communities or creator-focused audiences.

  • Strong communication and writing skills.

  • Understanding of social and creator-platform ecosystems

  • Ability to balance creativity with data-driven insights.
