We're looking for a Concept Artist to dream up the visual hooks that make millions of people click. If you look at the thumbnails across our channels and think "I could have created a better concept than that", this is your time to shine!
What you'll actually do- Turn video ideas into attention-grabbing concepts for future thumbnail, before a single frame is shot
- Sketch the "what if" moments (e.g. the trap, the twist, the stakes) in a single frame
- Work directly with the creative team shaping what the internet sees next
- Push every concept until it's instantly readable, even with the sound off and the title hidden
- A sharp eye for what makes people stop scrolling
- Clean, simple, high-clarity concept work
- An instinct for stakes, drama, and clickability
- Someone who studies what works (and what doesn't) and has opinions about it
